THE FIRST dollhouse Jessica (Craik) Coffee made wasn’t exactly worthy of the pages of American Miniaturist magazine. But, then again, Jessica was 7 years old at the time, and her construction materials were limited to a large cardboard box and pages from the Sears catalog.

Fabric laundry totes are kind of a big deal in our home. They are perfect for the kids to carry around and they look cute. We’ve made them in miniature as they add that perfect touch of realism to tiny scenes.
Inspired by our three kids, we made this bedroom with a cabin bed, wooden train tracks and plenty of book storage. Is there actual room anywhere this cute? Not yet. It’s currently more of a blank canvas.
